Action for Prisoners’ Families (APF), the national organisation supporting the development of services for prisoners’ families. produces a newsletter and other useful publications, provides details of local support groups and provides telephone helpline support. A key issue is resettlement, extending the usefuless of parenting and other courses that imprisoned mothers and fathers, including young offenders have often experienced.
