The UK’s parenting leave system is one of the most gender-unequal in the developed world. Its structure – followed by the vast majority of employers across the country – places responsibility for looking after babies, for the entire first year of their lives, firmly in the hands of mothers. We are looking for a part time administrator and data support manager to join our small, friendly team. Your role (3 days/week, paid at £26,300 FTE) will be to support our Head of Training, looking after our busy training diary, liaising with staff in local authorities, collecting pre- and post-course data and providing Zoom and Microsoft Teams support to our virtual course delivery.
