How well do UK maternity services support new dads?

8 May 2018

In Britain, most fathers-to-be go with their partner to routine antenatal appointments and ultrasound scans, and are there for the births of their children.

But not much is known about how they experience maternity services. So we have developed this survey alongside our friends at Fathers Network Scotland, because we want to hear from dads about their recent experiences of maternity services across Britain. The results will provide midwives and others with vital information to help them make the most of expectant and new fathers’ support for their partner and child.

So…we need as many new dads (whose first child was born during the last five years) as possible to fill in the survey.

To share it with others here is the link:

The closing date is 31 May, and the results will be published in time for Father’s Day on 17 June 2018.
