Hit the Ground Crawling Evaluation Report

29 April 2010

The Fatherhood Institute’s Hit the Ground Crawling antenatal programme can increase expectant fathers’ confidence and preparedness for fatherhood and deliver additional emotional benefits (understanding feelings about the pregnancy; learning how to improve the couple relationship) – according to an independent evaluation.

It can also increase expectant fathers’ awareness of local parenting provision and challenge some of the myths and assumptions regarding children’s centres and mainstream provision.
