Fatherhood Institute calls on political parties to wake up to changing role of dads
One in four families suffers the ‘dad gap’ – missing out on dads’ greater involvement at home because of their need to prioritise breadwinning – according to our new poll of 1,000 parents, released today (20 April).
In Six Signposts for Fatherhood, the Fatherhood Institute sets out what the political parties need to do to help fathers do best for their families – including making drastic improvements to paternity rights, which are currently among the worst in Europe.
