The Dad Test defines father-inclusiveness in terms of six overall Commitments, each of which is fulfilled through a series of specific Requirements. It is a self-assessment designed to enable an agency to work out the extent to which it meets each of the six Commitments, and what it needs to change in order to fulfil all the individual Requirements.
