The Fatherhood Institute is advertising for a dynamic and visionary Chief Executive with expertise in operational management to lead its next stage of development.
The post, which attracts a salary of £60,000 to £65,000 per year, is likely to be home based and will require frequent attendance at meetings in London and Manchester.
The successful applicant will need to be highly effective at driving forward social change in a complex and innovative arena – combining skills in influence at the highest levels with an excellent track record in managing an organisation. They should also have confident media skills, and a strong commitment to fatherhood and gender equality. Applications on a job share basis are welcomed.
