Young Minds booklet about fathers’ feelings

Fathers have feelings too is the title of a booklet now available from Young Minds.
The booklet aims to spread awareness of the feelings fathers may experience in different situations, and through various stages of fatherhood. The aim is to enable fathers to gain greater awareness of situations they may come across and provide positive strategies to help them support their children. The booklet also contains an outline of the underlying emotional components of children’s behaviour and provides tips for fathers on how to recognize emotional difficulties, how they can support their children through these, and the steps that can be taken to access additional help when necessary.
