Early Childhood Forum conference
The Early Childhood Forum Conference 2007: Championing Young Children’s Rights and Entitlements will take place on 22 March 2007 at Birmingham Hippodrome.
The conference will explore current policy and practice developments including the Childcare Act 2006 and their impact on the rights and entitlements of young children. Delegates will have the opportunity to reflect on the value of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child and consider best practice in the services they provide. The ECF Conference 2007 will also see the launch of the new ECF publication Championing Young Children’s Rights and Entitlements.

- Raising Awareness of Young Children’s Rights and Entitlements Through Workforce Development
- Working in Partnership to Increase Fathers’ Involvement in their Young Children’s Lives

- Young Children’s Perspectives on Quality in Early Years Settings
- Improving the Quality of, and Access to, Early Years Provision for Gypsy and Roma Children.
