Fathers Direct’s leading trainers (including David Bartlett) are running three concurrent, training courses on WORKING WITH MEN IN CHILDREN’S SERVICES in Central London on Tuesday 31 October – the day after an important Community Care Conference: Working Effectively with Men in Children’s Services: Responding to the New Policy Frameworks (click here for a conference booking form).

  • LEADERSHIP ROUNDTABLE: DEVELOPING STRATEGIES FOR ENGAGING FATHERS
    Intensive day to help up to 12 managers and key staff in statutory and voluntary agencies develop effective local multi-agency strategies. Free Strategic Toolkit for all attendees. Cost: £300 + VAT (Public Sector), £250 (Charities and Voluntary Sector)
  • WORKING WITH YOUNG FATHERS
    An established, practical skill-building course for front-line workers in Children’s Services. Cost: £140 + VAT (Public Sector), £105 + VAT (Charities and Voluntary Sector)
  • MEDIA STRATEGIES FOR CHILDREN’S SERVICES
    Jack O’Sullivan (FD’s Communications Director, experienced broadcaster and journalist, author of Fathers Direct’s new DadPack information pack for dads, and of the BBC book He’s Having A Baby) leads training on using and developing media to engage with local fathers and families, advocate for your work and support fundraising.
