Finance & Funding Manager (ref FFM)

28 hours per week

PO3 pt36-38 depending on experience (£31,323-£32,961 incl. ILW, pro rata)

6% pension

Based in London Bridge, SE1

Respect is the UK association for domestic violence perpetrator programmes and associated support services. Our key aim is to increase the safety of those experiencing domestic violence through promoting effective interventions with perpetrators.

We are looking for an experienced Finance & Funding Manager who will be responsible for both managing Respect’s finances and generating income to fund Respect’s work in line with our fundraising strategy.

The successful applicant will have: at least two years experience of financial management; a proven track record of preparing compelling, attractive and successful bespoke funding proposals; a clear understanding of domestic violence issues; the ability to work strategically.
