3rd May, Manchester

Run by the Association of School and College Leaders and Specialist Schools and Academies Trust.

The programme will ask schools to develop practice in two of four strands identified below as ‘ASPiRE’. Achievement through:

Supporting parents to help their children learn

Personalising provision for parents as learners

iReporting intelligent, targeted information for parents

Enhancing pastoral care

The SSAT and our partners ASCL, together with a number of national voluntary parenting organisations look forward
to working with schools, providing support and guidance, through a series of events and school based initiatives in
the coming months.

"Our launch conferences will allow school leaders the opportunity to review their current practice and identify clear priorities for developing links with parents in the future. Schools attending a launch meeting will be invited to apply after the conference to take part in a funded 18 month programme. Details of funding and programme support will be given at the launch."
