Engaging families in services: Family Learning and Parenting Support

This conference will be held on 25 January 2006, at the new Ricoh Arena, Coventry. ContinYou is bringing together a variety of practitioners working with parents and families to share successful family learning and parenting support strategies. The purpose of this conference is to: promote and develop family learning and parenting; highlight the importance of time engagement with communities and parents for multi-agency working; draw distinctions between parental involvement and family support, looking at how they can compliment each other; build sustainable parental involvement provision through partnership working or professional development.
