Do you long to be a domestic god/godess?

22 December 2005

WOULD YOU LIKE TO TRANSFORM YOUR HOME INTO A BEAUTIFUL, BLISSFUL, ORGANISED HAVEN?

Anthea Turner is the ultimate domestic goddess and is about to share her wealth of knowledge and expertise with Britain’s disheartened, disorganised, disillusioned households in a new series, produced for BBC Three by RDF North.

In her stunning home, nothing is out of place and everything is perfectly organised. Every towel is artfully folded and every shoebox is clearly labelled. Anthea believes there is never an excuse for a chaotically run house. "I passionately believe in the word home and the part it plays in our lives. It’s cool to have a well run, comfortable and inviting home" Anthea Turner.

Each week on this light-hearted new show, Anthea will mentor two contestants with the aim to transform them into perfect, domestic gods / goddesses.

They will visit Anthea’s home for an intensive ‘home making’ course, in which they are trained how to be a domestic guru – Anthea style.

The two contestants will then return to their homes with their new found knowledge to compete as this week’s Domestic God / Goddess.

We are looking for volunteers to take part in this fun new series. They could be anyone who is responsible for looking after their home including working men / women, as well as stay at home mums and dads.

Anyone interested in going to Anthea’s home to learn from the expert should telephone Patrick on 0161 835 6426 or Alexandra on 0161 835 6153 or email housewives@rdfnorth.com
