FSU Scotland’s Haven Project and the City of Edinburgh Council’s Children and Families Department will be launching DADad, November 25th 1:30 – 3:30, at Granton Prentice Centre, Edinburgh.
The initiative has seen fathers/step fathers and their children creating artwork and exchanging photos that illustrate the importance of those relationships. The artwork has been assembled and printed on to two billboards in the community. Not only did this provide the opportunity for specific families to create something significant together, but will also more widely promote FSU Scotland and Edinburgh Council’s belief that involved and fulfilled fathers/step fathers, mean happy and successful children.
